VACANCY – Trainee Asbestos Surveyor!
West Coast Surveys Limited has an exciting opportunity for a trainee asbestos surveyor based in Workington.
Salary: Newly Qualified Asbestos Surveyor £20,000 – £25,000 per annum
Trained Asbestos Surveyors with adequate experience (2 years minimum) can earn £30,000 +
38 Hour Week: Monday-Thursday 8:00am – 16:30pm & Friday 08:00am – 14:30pm
An Asbestos Surveyor inspects buildings and collects samples to determine the presence of asbestos.
Position involves attending a 3 day BOHS P402 course in Asbestos Surveying – location of the course would be Manchester. The qualification covers surveying and sampling strategies for asbestos in buildings.
Applicants will need to be computer literate as the position involves operating specialist software (TEAMS) and a clean driving licence is required.
